Teletherapy
Teletherapy describes the provision of therapeutic services via telecommunications technology, such as online video conferencing.

Therapy Fees and Insurance
Brighthouse Diagnostics and Treatment Center accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and self-pay.* We can provide our clients and their families with monthly superbills for potential insurance reimbursement.
Our self-pay rates are as follows:
Initial appointment-$250/50 min
Subsequent therapy sessions-$225/50 min
*Payment options vary depending on service and clinician. Please confirm insurance coverage, prices, and availability with individual provider.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made with your provider at least 24-hours in advance. Because we reserve that time exclusively for our clients, missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the full hourly cost of the original service.
